By engaging with H&S Global Consultancy Ltd ("H&S Global", "we", "our") — whether through in-person counseling sessions, digital application submissions, or website registration — you ("Student", "Applicant", "User") agree to be bound by the operational terms, document authenticity rules, and advisory guidelines set forth in this Student Agreement.
Scope of Education Advisory Services
H&S Global operates as an authorized education recruitment and placement agency representing 500+ partner universities across the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Germany, and Europe. Our advisory scope includes:
Zero Agency Service Charge Policy
H&S Global maintains an official Zero Agency Service Charge Policy. We do not charge student applicants agency fees, file opening fees, or counseling commissions for processing admission applications to our partner universities.
Applicants are solely responsible for third-party statutory fees, including official university application fees (where mandated by specific institutions), IELTS/PTE registration fees, medical examination costs, embassy visa fees, and VFS Global / TLScontact biometrics fees.
Document Authenticity & Fraud Warning
Applicants warrant that all academic certificates, marksheets, IELTS/PTE score cards, bank statements, work experience letters, and tax clearance records provided to H&S Global are 100% genuine, authentic, and verifiable.
Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Documents
Submission of forged academic certificates, altered test scores, or fraudulent bank statements results in instant service termination, file closure, and formal reporting to university admissions compliance units, UKVI integrity desks, IRCC Canada, or relevant high commissions.
Admissions & Visa Decisions Disclaimer
While H&S Global delivers expert guidance and boasts a 98.7% visa success rate, applicants explicitly acknowledge that:
- University Admission Decisions: Offer letters, conditional requirements, and scholarship grants are determined strictly by independent university selection committees.
- Visa Approval Authority: Visa grants, entry clearance, and CAS/I-20 issuance rest solely under the sovereign authority of foreign immigration authorities (UKVI, US Department of State, IRCC, VFS).
- No Admission / Visa Guarantee: H&S Global provides expert preparation but does not guarantee admission offers or visa approvals.
Tuition Deposit & Refund Regulations
Tuition deposit payments required for CAS or Form I-20 issuance must be paid directly to the designated university bank account. In the event of a visa refusal, tuition deposit refunds are governed strictly by the respective university's institutional refund policy upon submission of the official refusal letter.
Limitation of External Liability
H&S Global is not liable for third-party delays, university application portal downtime, foreign government immigration policy revisions, embassy backlog delays, or courier delivery disruptions outside our operational control.
Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal claims or disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
